You may have noticed our roasters and baristas slurping coffee with a spoon behind the counter every Tuesday and Thursday. We're coffee cupping! Coffee cupping is the practice of observing the aromas and tastes of brewed coffee. It's a professional practice but can be done informally by anyone or by professionals known as "Q Graders".
Once a month, we offer an Open Cupping that's free to the public. Come join us as Ben and Brandon from the roastery walk through various coffees. You'll learn the basics of the art/science of coffee cupping and get familiar with the flavor wheel.
No registration required. Coffee and spoons are provided. Just show up for deliciousness, caffeine, and education!
