Return Policy

Beans:

Coffee beans are roasted to order, so we are not able to accept returns. If you would like help with brewing or have questions on origin, roast profile or otherwise, reach out to us at info@penstockcoffee.com and we can help you troubleshoot and find a coffee you will love!

Everything else:

Unused and unopened gear and brewing equipment may be returned within 14 days for a refund to the original form of payment. Please keep in mind that shipping charges cannot be refunded.

If you received an item that is defective or broken, please notify us immediately and within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage for our records. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and send you a replacement.
