Latte Art Basics
This is a beginner-level class for people interested in learning about what goes into the beautiful drinks they get at their favorite coffee shop. This experience is perfect for the novice/enthusiast, to a fun, friends-night-out, coffee geeks, and…you! The goal of this class is for participants to leave with an understanding of the components of a milk-based espresso beverage and be able to pour a basic heart. We will go over basic espresso extraction, milk steaming, and pouring technique. Using that information, each person will then get a chance to practice pouring their beverage. The class will end with a fun “latte art throwdown” competition. Class sizes are limited to 6 people to ensure the best experience and run from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m..

All materials are provided to learn how to pour the perfect cup. Participants are welcome to take photos during the class and document their progress!

***Please be sure to wear close-toed shoes to this event. If you have long hair, bring a hair tie.***
