This fun find from our cupping day spent with Equation Coffee hails from Diego Horta’s “El Rincon”, a farm located between two mountain peaks. This naturally processed coffee is one of the brightest coffees in our menu, with cranberry candy, lemon acidity, and rich carnival fresh caramel.
