Clean, subtly sweetly “green”, and delicious. From the brilliant farmer Fabian Acevedo, of Finca Providencia de Jeshua. Finca Providencia, a multigenerational family-run farm grew and produced a wonderful transition coffee from Spring to Summer with this varietal.
