The Delagua Farm is a project run by one of our long-time partners, La Palma y El Tucan. Delagua’s focus is on producing exotic varietals of coffee such as Gesha, Mokka, Typica, and SL-28 and using honey and natural processing post-harvest in order to conserve water and protect the surrounding diverse ecosystem.
